Chef Roary’s Restaurant Showcase

Thank you to all who participated in Chef Roary’s Restaurant Showcase: International Culinary Fusion at Shearstown Community Centre on March 26, 2017. Proceeds will be donated to the school lunch program.Under the the direction of ‘Chef Roary Macpherson tasting stations were set up, each having a local chef (NL) and a chef from Trinidad. The two chefs served food that has been ‘fusioned’ from both their cultures!  The Screech In for the Trinidad chefs was conducted by Bill Dawe of the Bay Roberts Tourism Committee.
