Bay Roberts is receptive to new town businesses or industries. The Economic Development Department will assist those interested in any way that is possible. Contact our Economic Development Office and we will review your plans in confidence to see if there are any ways that the town can facilitate your application.

Over $150,000	1/5 of 1% of total value
Occupancy Permit	$20.00
Renovation	$50.00
