Fairy Story About Getting Lost.

DRY TO THE BONE

One day a boy went outside to play with his friends. When it came time for the boy to be home, he never came. The boy's parents went out to where he was playing and there was no sign of him. They searched all night. That night the rain poured out of the heavens; it never rained like that night before or after.

The next day the boy's parents found him below the house and he wasn't at all wet. He said he was out all night in that cold rain all alone. It was still raining when that boy got home, but he was dry to the bone.

People said that the fairies had taken him.
