The first settled parts of Bay Roberts and Coley's Point are located on adjoining small peninsulas. As a result, parts of Bay Roberts are surrounded by water on three sides, and the town has frontage on TWO of the largest harbours in Conception Bay: Bay Roberts Harbour and Spaniard's Bay Harbour. The harbours offer spectaculars view of the water from most parts of town.
