Gasoline Alley

Gasoline Alley is dedicated to the restoration of Gasoline memorabilia and just about anything that Paul and Cathy think deserves to be restored and shown.

The whole collection began with a small display of die cast vehicles, which Paul had been given by his sons as Christmas gifts. When Paul and Cathy opened their business eight ago, they decorated the office with the display.

They decided to bid on Ebay for an item to expand the collection, and Paul purchased his first gasoline pump, a Gilbert & Baker gravity feed pump. That was followed by many more gas related items, which led him to becoming a collector. And, as they say, the rest is history!

The Canadian Service Station Memorabilia Association

Paul is now a member of the Canadian Service Station Memorabilia Associations.

Through the association and their magazine "The Garage Door News," he has met fellow collectors with a wealth of knowledge who have assisted him to expand his collection.

Restoration Work

All the restoration work was done at Specialty Repairs with the exception of the decals and some upholstery. Kathy Short has made much the clothing and anything related to sewing. She is also responsible for most of the research on each item. Brian Primmer is the graphic designer who competes the decals and designs for everything in the collection.
