Winter Carnival

Winter Carnival is a major winter festival in Bay Roberts. It is usually a ten day event and is held around the last weeks of February and/or the first weeks of March.

Events each year include: snow sculpture contest, All-Star Hockey Classic, Free Skating for Adults and Kids, Concerts, Snowflake Volleyball Tournament, Ice Fishing Derby, Family Fun Activity Afternoon, Casino Night, Battle of the Bands, etc...

The ATV Run for the Janeway is usually held during Winter Carnival. In 2006 the ride raised $97,300.00 for the Janeway Children's Hospital.
