Discretionary Notices – May 23, 2025

The Town of Bay Roberts is publishing two discretionary use notices.

  1. The Town Council of Bay Roberts is in receipt of an application seeking permission to open and operate a Photography Business at 6 Chelsea Place, Bay Roberts. This is a discretionary use in an area zoned Residential II (R2) – see Regulation 99 of the Municipal Development Regulations.

  2. The Town Council of Bay Roberts is in receipt of an application seeking permission to place a Mini Home at 3 Gully Road. This is a discretionary use in an area zoned Residential II (R2) – see Regulation 99 of the Municipal Development Regulations.

Anyone with objections or representations concerning the variance request must submit them in writing no later than 12 noon, June 6, 2025 to:
