Request for Proposals – Food Services (2024 NL Games)

The Host Committee is seeking the services of an experienced catering company for the 2024 Newfoundland and Labrador Summer Games in Bay Roberts. The food services agreement will consist of catering breakfast, lunch and dinner services for participants at the games in the Athletes Village from August 10-17, 2024.

Full details regarding the parameters of the RFP can be provided by contacting the Games Manager.

Vendors interested in submitting a proposal for food services are asked to inform the games office of their intention by 4:00pm on October 17, 2023.

Proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Request for Proposal for Food Services – 2024 NL Summer Games” must be received at the Games Office by 4 pm Thursday October 24th, 2023. Proposals will be accepted either in person, via email or mail. No late proposals will be accepted.
